All figures are aggregated medians and ranges intended as guidance. They are not an offer, a valuation of any individual, or a guarantee of what any employer will pay. Every number currently published on this site is an illustrative placeholder pending sourced data.
Tools and estimates
The salary calculator and downloadable report produce estimates from the published dataset. Treat their output as a starting range, not a decision.
Enquiries and recruitment services

Methodology
Figures are medians drawn from placement records, offer letters and employer briefs across the last 12 months, expressed as 25th–75th percentile ranges. Base is fixed cash; OTE is base plus variable at 100% attainment, excluding equity. All numbers currently shown are illustrative placeholders. Read the full methodology.
